wood. Mix and match to create wall art, a standing plaque or even custom jewelry.
Wood Flower Presses:
Save a piece of those late summer blooms with a hand made flower press. Make your own 9x6 wood flower press. Drill, sand and assemble your own press. Try your hand at wood burning to embellish the top.
Embroidery is a craft you can pick up and put down, its portable, quiet and peaceful. Now how do you do it? In this edition of Workshop Wednesday, we'll go through the top ten embroidery stitches to get you started on your free form embroidery path. You'll receive an 8" hoop, a 12"x12" piece of un-dyed muslin and a variety of threads to choose from. You'll even take home our stitch cheat sheet to keep you on track.
