Wednesday May 3rd. 6:30-8:30 pm.
Wednesdays seem like a nice night to slip out of the house and come to the shop for a bit to try on a new craft.
Embroidery is a craft you can pick up and put down, its portable, quiet and peaceful. Now how do you do it? In this edition of Workshop Wednesday, we'll go through the top ten embroidery stitches to get you started on your free form embroidery path. You'll receive an 8" hoop, a 12"x12" piece of un-dyed muslin and a variety of threads to choose from. You'll even take home our stitch cheat sheet to keep you on track. I'll take you through each stitch to create an embroidery sampler. Once we break it down and practice, you'll be an embroidery machine!
Taught by owner, Delanie Holton-Fessler.
BYOB + snacks to share if you like.
